As you all know Google already launched URL shortening service in last sep, 2010.

Google added new features to this service:
Copy to clipboard – You can copy the URL in clipboard by pressing ctrl+C
Remove from dashboard – You can check your shorten URL’s and remove them also.
Spam reporting – Any one can report if one feel that the shorten URL leading to spam.
Ongoing speed and stability improvements – Speed factor is also improved with new release.
