Search engine traffic is very important for a website until it is not very popular. so you need to submit your site to top search engines. Currently there are two most popular search engines and you should submit your site as soon as possible.
How to Submit site to Google.com
You need to first check that your website already exist in search engine or not.
To check already existence of your site open Google.com and type site:your_site_name and search if any results appear it means your site already exist in search engine and you do not need to submit it again.
Go to http://www.google.com/addurl/ and enter your website URL(Address) along with comments. and fill the image text in box given below the image. click on Add URL.
How to Submit site to Yahoo.com
1. Go to http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit and enter the site URL and click on Submit URL. you can also submit your site feed.
Please note that you need to have a login to submit to yahoo.
