Never Upload your blog/Website content on File sharing websites

I have done a experiment with file sharing websites. I uploaded some of my blog page content to some file sharing sites like scribd.com and 4shared.com. After uploading the content i found that my site traffic start decreasing and when i start analyzing, i found that my pages going down and file sharing sites pages coming on the top of my site. Those pages were having top ranking.

As you can see in above picture the 4shared link is coming on the top in Google search.
