IRCTC is going through their worst phase as it is not working properly since last one week.
I am following this site since last week and sometimes it opening but processing is very slow even you can not book a ticket and today its completely down even you can see the home page of train ticket booking website.
What are the other options available to book train tickets?
1. Go to nearest reservation counter and book ticket.
2. Contact to ticket dealers
3. Book through www.makemytrip.com – With some extra charges
4. Book through www.yatra.com - With some extra charges
