SnapDeal Product and Service Review | Complaints

As per my experience SnapDeal.com Service is bad. Its takes a lot of time to reach at your place. The product quality is also very bad. You can not assume quality just by looking the product image. Even some cases image is also different from original product.

When i receive my product i sent a mail to SnapDeal.com:

I bought a Tiffin from snapdeal, The Tiffin was of very poor quality and after few days of using it, the Tiffin got broken. Please take it back and
return my money.

looking for cooperation and support.

They Replied that:

Dear XYZ,

Thanks for your revert. We would like to inform you that replacement will not be possible in case of physical damage as per product team.

Once again, we are very sorry for this experience.

Here is image of product: it just broken in first week of use.
